What is a reverse auction

The bidding is reverse auction style where a project is posted and providers submit any bid value they feel fair to complete the project in question. This is supported by their description of what they can offer the project owner.

It is then entirely at the discretion of the project owner to choose whichever bidder they feel can complete the work.

The bidder who is selected as a winner buy the project owner then completes the work and applies directly to the project owner for payment.
