No. To make the project posting and bidding process a fair one for all users and
to give all users equal accessibility to information about projects, service
providers and bidding, the following rules apply:
- No email, address, phone or any other details that would enable a browser
of Technical Outsourcing to contact you outside the Technical Outsourcing forum is permitted
to be posted on any part of this website other than the user registration
page.
- No communications between Technical Outsourcing subscribers is permitted outside
the Projects Pool forum, which would undermine the fairness of bid and project
placement process.
- Once a service provider has completed a project for a project owner initiated
by Technical Outsourcing no direct communication between these to parties about further
project work is permitted outside the Technical Outsourcing forum.
