What is feedback ?

The most powerful tool a project owner has with selecting a service provider to work on their project is feedback from previous project owners that the service provider has worked with.

After a service provider has completed a project, the project owner will be sent a feedback form to complete. This is the project owners opportunity to appraise the service provider’s standard of quality and workmanship. The service provider is also given the opportunity to respond to this feedback.

This process enables a new project owner to gain an unbiased view of the quality of the bidding service provider. Therefore it is very important to complete a feedback form when requested to do so.

When selecting a service provider to work on your project it is advisable to read all the feedbacks that they have received. This will give a clear picture of the service providers working standards and ethics.
