Description :
We need a web based (PHP/MySQL) resume parser to be developed. The parser must accept Word document files (Word 2003, 2007) and be able to capture the contents and fill out necessary fields (names, address, employment, trainings etc) in the database
-Must be able to accept any resume format in Word.
-Nice to have: ability to parse PDF resumes
-Must be able to parse resume in bulk or one at a time
-85% accuracy minimum
