This is the first project that this owner has posted on Technical Outsourcing.
Description :
I have an old HTML page which is currently designed as a series of tables. I want to convert this page to use CSS instead.

All the presentation elements in the old HTML needs to be rendered as CSS and the new HTML file and CSS must work when opened and viewed using Microsoft Word

I have the right to use the delivered style sheet and HTML however I wish
