Description :
Web based program needed that essentially will ask a user a series of question approx 15-25 question. then based upon the responses produces a report and analysis of the users based upon those responses

web site up and running online as well as all files and abilitity for me to update and change on my own

I will own both intellectual and physical assets

Support :
To be disucssed later, but would like to keep an ongoing relationship in order to provide both service as well as future updated versions of the program
