Description :
a publishing house is interested in creating a database application to manage its recoreds. an author presents a manusciprt, the administration accepts or rejects. the administration assigns the manuscript to 2 reviewers and makes its decision based on theor review.the decision of the administrator is kept as boolean field that means \" accepted\" when true and \" rejected \" when flase.an author might have more than one manuscipt and a manuscript might be written by more than one author. more than one manuscript might belong to the same subject, and a manuscript might belong to more than subject. to a subject belong more than one reviewer, but a reviewr is associated to only one subject.
