Description :
This is a very small project in which I need one server and two clients. The server will make some settings on its computer so that the bandwidh is provided to the clients according to the money they are paying. The server will make settings after client user registration. Money is some imaginary amount which I type on the form on the server side.
The allocation of bandwidth must be visible, means the one getting more bandwidth must be able to download a same size file than the one who is paying less.
When a user on client logs in, a form should be displayed to him on which he will register. Then he will log in by giving his username and password and will enter some imaginary amount. If his amount is more or less than the other user he will get bandwidth accordingly.
Please bid on it fast. I want the project to be completed in 4 weeks.
