Description :
I am in need of a dating site template.
First of all I should tell you that I know what is out there on the web floating around and selling anywhere from $5.00 up to $48.00..I DO NOT WANT THOSE TEMPLATES...I want an original designed by you and not available to anyone else meaning I will own copyrights to the work. I should also tell you that I already got taken by a programmer who claimed the work as his own and then I found the template selling everywhere on the web....I was not too happy with that.
About the project....
The design has to be unique and eye catching...its a dating site.
The colour scheme to be baby blue and some sort of variation of red.
The logo is most important as well as you can understand that.
I want eye catching graphics as well.
I also want flash to be a part of this design
There will also have to be several tour pages which should be a pop up and touring can be done through that. Also needed with this is several different variations of banners for the site.
This template must consist of several different pages as this is not just a one page dating site.
I want to see examples of the work you did, and I want to make it perfectly clear that I will not pay before I am satisfied with the results. This is because of what just happened to me with my first project.

I am American born, American based, and I actually wrote this bid after reading what you said you wanted. Let me explain the benefits of this: first, I speak and write English proficiently, even profusely. This will be important for a dating site, as it will definitely involve textad I'm sure you'd like it to appear is if it isn't run by morons. I am also available. By phone, fax, IM or email 24 hours a day in Phoenix, Arizona, which is not an international call. If you have a problem with me, you can pursue it in US courts (try tracking down someone in India). When you contract with me, you receive a picture of my drivers liscence.
So in an odd coincidence, I was at the end of a similar screw, although from the opposite direction. I designed a fully functional front end for a dating site, and the programmer backed out. So I've studied a LOT of dating site interfaces, and a LOT of dating sites. I've asked the questions already, etc. And I have this site, ready to go, which is baby blue and red. Alter some graphics, and you're set. Of course, if you wanted to start over, that would be alright too.
Because I've been in business for a few years, I can also offer you this- I know how to listen. Looking forward to hearing from you, and hopefully, we can get this project together. The price is bound to change once I have a better idea of what you want, how extensive the scope is, up or down.
