Description :
I'm the owner of www.fourthperspective.com its a website that caters to writers and displays their works. It's currently in an unfinished state because my previous programmer had to leave the project suddenly.
Most of it is working as it should, but what I'd like a quote on specifically is moving all the different features of the site onto a single main page incorporated into "flash" menus etc, if possible.
I have designs and concept drawings of how this can be achieved and I also have a template drawn up by an artist that will accommodate these new features. If this project interests you, please contact me and I'll make them available for your consideration.

Deliverables :
Anything and everything it takes to work the updated website.

Ownership :
As soon as money changes hands, I want full ownership of all new additions to the site and everything that makes it function. Everything.

Support :
Just to see that everything is working the way it should, I would like a period of one month after completion, in which any faults and malfunctions directly relating to the new work will be immediately rectified by you without cost to me.
