We need a stand-alone software that has same basic features as this:
* Absolute Cover Creation Tool- http://www.absolutecovers.com/7/creator.php
But, with additional compulsory features that can also create, SIMULATNEOUSLY:
* a matching header,
* one "Order Now" button,
* a 2D representation of your desired cover,
* a matching background image,
* a basic template for your website
* a matching icon,
* a matching banner.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS: DOESN'T REQUIRE Photoshop software to run and
CAN run on both Windows and Mac.

If you have any previous experience in programming similar software, feel free to show the demo of your previous work.
Please don't bid if you are trying to selling some pirated copy of software , if you are showing us the demo of any script also show us the proofs that it had been programmed by you only.
We will start from there. We'll pay using escrow or westernunion (upon successful delivery and operation)
